SECO/PREDICTIVE tracks data from sensors in the furnace, stores it on SECO/VACUUM’s secure cloud, analyses it with our proprietary algorithm, and generates an audit report, including specific interventions to return the furnace to optimal operation.

Advanced data analysis algorithms effectively multiply potential failure detection capabilities. Systems connected to the service allow clients to reserve parts and resources, stocking them on standby in SECO/VACUUM warehouses or the client’s local parts storage, minimizing service delays and possible downtime.

Security is guaranteed by built-in data encryption mechanisms, both at the site of data transmission and in secure data storage.

SECO/PREDICTIVE EDGE

EDGE is an on-site, local alternative to Cloud storage for those with security protocols or preferences that limit or forbid network connectivity. The Edge system includes advanced tools for data analysis, but only stored directly in the local furnace memory, and never connected to external networks.
